Time is not Money – Time is far more valuable

I don’t feel rich. But I do feel wealthy. Because I am grateful that I can make decisions not based on money, but on what truly matters to me.

During a “virtual coffee,” someone asked me if I was happy. My answer: Yes – even though I still have to set priorities. Because I am fortunate to pursue several passion projects while also consciously deciding how much time belongs to my wife, my daughters, my grandchildren, and my parents.

What has become increasingly clear: time is not money. Time is much more valuable than money.

Personal fulfillment has become my guiding principle for how I spend my time – and for the impact of what I do, to make the world just a little bit better.

This is my life architecture today: spaces where projects, family, and purpose do not compete, but instead reinforce one another. Like in an orchestra: different voices such as work, partnership, family, passion projects, all finding their place.

The art lies in holding the baton without trying to control the music, but letting it flow.

If time is the most valuable resource: how do you decide in everyday life what truly deserves your attention?
