With an espresso in my hand, I started my first Zoom storytelling café at the ChangeMaker50plus conference two years ago and felt the interest in my topic: How does the exchange between baby boomers and Generation Z succeed?
It all started when one of my two daughters was a social entrepreneur in the start-up scene a few years ago and we discussed a lot about gender equality and intergenerational justice. Inverse learning and reverse mentoring, my daughters were my teachers.
Then as now, I ask the question of how we can get more age diversity into the decision-making process for sustainability management.
- And both from the young generation. Young voices are too rarely heard.
- As well as by us experienced managers who have the know-how to successfully anchor diversity. As a social component in the ESG three-pillar model (ecology, social, governance), for example.
There are plenty of ideas for this, and also good ones. But how do we put them into practice?
Be there when we look for ways to accompany the topic of diversity in companies together at the conference, so that the S for social topics in the sustainability model really comes into play.
I am looking forward to the podium in the best company of the other panelists and the moderator Leonie Koch.
